Before the examI want to cancel my exam
Once a test has been booked, it cannot be canceled.
You can change the date, time, or location up until 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before the test date (*1). Please note that you cannot change your reservation if there are no available seats.
(*1) If the test date falls on a weekend or a Japanese national holiday, you can request a refund up to 4 business days before the test. Business days exclude weekends, Japanese national holidays, and the New Year's holiday period.
