What is the deadline for changing the exam date?
The deadline for changing your reservation is 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before the exam date. If the exam date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Japanese public holiday, the deadline is 23:59 (Japan time) four business days before the exam date.
You can change your reservation by logging into the exam-specific page before the deadline for making changes. Please note that you cannot change your reservation if there are no seats available.
