Before the examI forgot both Prometric ID and password.
Please check the email you received from Prometric when you first registered. Prometric ID and name are listed.
*Please also make sure that the email is not in your spam folder.
Please check Prometric ID listed and select "If you don't know your password" from "Click here if you have trouble logging in" at the bottom of the login page and complete the procedure for issuing a temporary password.
